Will we all really have 1TB's worth of junk in 2014?

An article on Pocket-Lint that quotes Western Digital's Jim Welsh claiming that by 2014, "every" household will have at least 1TB's worth of digital content, got me thinking.  That's a pretty high number -- 1,000 GB's -- 100,000 MB's.  You get the picture.  That's huge.  Now you have to take into consideration the millions of older and senior Americans who hate things even as simple as a TV, radio, or microwave.  These people surely won't be spending much time on a computer.  2014 is only  a little over 3 years away.  That's not very long for Grandma to start torrenting Family Guy episodes and downloading discography after discography.

I'd say 2025 is a more believable estimate.  What do you guys think?
